Shipping and return

We try to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days after the payment has been received. A business day or working day is considered every official working day of the week. These are the days between and including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by mail.

Processing and delivery by the Parcel Service Company takes 2 to 5 business days. The time, within which your parcel is actually delivered, depends on several circumstances. The indicated delivery time is based on the standard time, as specified by the Parcel Service Company.

Delivery to PO boxes is not possible.
A Post Office box or Postal Box is a uniquely addressable box, located on the premises of a post office station.

When shipping to a number of destinations there may be additional charges and / or taxes, to be paid upon receipt of the parcel.

Shipping outside the European Union:

When shipping to a country outside the European Union (EU), in the country of destination customs and import fees may apply. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees.

Proof of delivery (POD)
Parcels are sent using “Track & Trace”. This means that the delivery status of a parcel can and will be monitored. The parcel delivery tracking system is used to find out if your shipment has been delivered, who signed for it and other tracking information. When the tracking system of the Parcel Service Company indicates that a parcel was delivered, this constitutes the absolute and irrefutable proof of delivery.


Are you unhappy with your order? Within 14 business days after delivery, the products can be returned for any reason, after which we will refund the whole purchase price. After receiving the returned goods and approval of the condition of the products, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days. Please also read the section General terms and conditions of our web site. We do not accept returns of which the shipping fee has not (or not sufficiently) been paid. Returning is always done at your expense. We do not accept returns of which the shipping fee has not (or not sufficiently) been paid!

Returns will only be processed as follows:
  • First, send us an e-mail.
  • This email should contain correct information regarding the invoice number and/or order number and your delivery address.
  • Provide your banking account to which the amount should be paid, as well as the corresponding IBAN and BIC/SWIFT number.
  • After receiving your message we will send you an email with the address to which the parcel should be returned.
  • Pack the undamaged, unopened and unused product in the original package in such a way that damage during transport will be avoided.
  • Ensure sufficient postage. Not or insuffiently paid returns are not accepted.
  • Send the package back by certified mail or courier (Parcel Service Company).
